Centre Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets for the assigned centre.
2. Deliver impactful sales presentations in nearby areas to promote our programs and offerings.
3. Conduct effective and productive house visits for potential student engagement.
4. Manage the end-to-end admission process including documentation, batch formation, and student onboarding.
5. Conduct career seminars and counselling sessions at schools, colleges, and educational institutes.
6. Drive STP (Student Touch Point) activities consistently for brand visibility and lead generation.
7. Develop and manage tie-ups with Business Associates (BAs) for local outreach.
8. Handle student and parent queries with effective counselling and communication skills.
9. Maintain MIS and reports, ensuring seamless data management and sharing with management.
10. Lead, mentor, and motivate the centre team to consistently perform and meet business objectives.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• High energy, go-getter attitude with a hunger for sales
• Educational sales experience is highly preferred

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree required. Candidates with education or marketing background preferred.
