Centre Manager

As a Center Manager at Apollo Clinic Barrackpore, located in Barrackpore, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinic and overseeing operations. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Clinic/Diagnostic business, and should have previously worked in a similar role as a Center Manager. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, managing the clinic effectively, providing excellent patient service, driving revenue generation, overseeing the profit and loss of single or multiple clinics, managing a team of staff, recruiting and training team members, preparing reports, and maintaining MIS records. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Additionally, you should be proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Having your own vehicle is preferred for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with a negotiable salary package. In addition to the salary, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
