What S/He will do

Ensure admissions targets are met for the center

Counsellor Training and Certification (destination knowledge, converting lead to committed, application management

Review weekly/ thly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals

Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets

Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics

Work closely with the leadership in identifying new etization opportunities and building in ative proposals to ensure business growth

itor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience

Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities

Stay up to with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing ket dynamics

Making product wise keting plans and ensures execution of the same

Drive keting and Business Development for the assigned territory

Implementation of keting & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development

To network with Institutions and key ision makers

To generate walk -ins within branch

To establish and maintain the companys presence in target kets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc

Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc

Who you are

5+ years sales and sales management experience in a hyper growth environment - Edtech, Overseas Education

Strong track-record of sales experience and exceeding targets

Out-of-the-box critical thinking and goals- and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent business/financial acumen and sales pipeline management skills

Outstanding communication, mentoring, and coaching skills

Master s degree preferred (sales, keting, business)

Proficient in computer applications including CRM, Excel etc
