MITS Academy is a leading training and skill-development institute committed to delivering high-quality professional education. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Head to manage the overall functioning of our Jalandhar centre.

Job Description

The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving admissions, ensuring high-quality delivery of courses, maintaining student and parent satisfaction, and managing centre performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the academy centre.
• Achieve monthly sales and admissions targets through effective marketing and outreach.
• Handle student counselling, parent meetings, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of classes and training quality.
• Oversee daily operational activities—administration, scheduling, facility management, and reporting.
• Address and resolve student/parent grievances promptly and professionally.
• Conduct marketing activities including seminars, field visits, tie-ups, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain strong communication with the management team and provide regular updates.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and growth-oriented environment at the centre.
• Train, lead, and supervise centre staff for smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle operations, student/parent interactions, and centre management.
• Skilled in negotiations, conversion of leads, and building relationships.
• Good on-the-job experience in managing education or service-based centres (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle grievances efficiently.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team.
• Professional, disciplined, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in centre management, sales, education, or service industry.
• Experience in student counselling or training institutes will be preferred.
