Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations at the center, manage staff, ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain high standards of care. Responsibilities include monitoring center performance, P&L, coordinating with doctors and other healthcare providers like diagnostic labs & hospitals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. The Center Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve center efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Atleast 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
