Role Overview:

Responsible for managing insurance empanelments, claim settlements, and corporate / PSU tie-ups to ensure smooth billing operations and timely revenue realization.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new insurance companies, TPAs, PSUs, and corporate clients.

Handle end-to-end claim submission, follow-up, and settlement.

Maintain records of empanelments, tariffs, and contracts.

Track and reconcile pending / rejected claims with finance teams.

Build and sustain strong relationships with insurance partners and corporate HRs.

Generate periodic MIS reports on claims and receivables.


Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Healthcare / Commerce.

2-4 years of experience in hospital TPA / insurance coordination.

Strong understanding of cashless, claim, and empanelment processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
