Global Talent Track Foundation Job Title : Centre Manager Location : Pune (Dapodi) Employment Type: Full-time Experience : 4 to 5 years in managing a center Qualification : Graduation Job Overview: The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Profit & Loss (P&L) operations of the center, ensuring smooth administration, achieving business targets, and fostering a professional learning environment. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to enhance student mobilization, training, and placements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Administration: Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain center decorum and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Implement effective administrative processes to support business functions. 2. Training & Placement Management: Set and achieve targets for student mobilization, training, and placements. Develop job opportunities and build strong employer relationships. Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, and industry visits for students. Monitor student performance and feedback to improve training effectiveness. 3. Business & Financial Management: Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) operations to ensure financial sustainability. Optimize revenue generation while controlling operational costs. Prepare reports on financial performance, student engagement, and placement success. 4. Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead and mentor center staff, fostering a collaborative work culture. Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, students, industry partners, and management. Build partnerships with academic institutions and corporate organizations. 5. Compliance & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report center activities, student progress, and placement metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. Conduct internal audits to maintain operational efficiency. Key Skills Required: Project Management Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate center activities effectively. Team Handling Strong leadership to manage teams, mentor staff, and resolve issues. Strategic Planning Develop growth strategies and improve overall center performance. Data Analysis Utilize analytics for decision-making, reporting, and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills: Experience in education management, vocational training, or skill development programs is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty, and industry professionals. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic challenges.
