Center Manager

Job Title: Centre Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate between clinical, nursing, embryology, and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with all operational protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.
• Implement and monitor infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.

2. Patient Experience & Service Quality

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and handle escalated patient queries/complaints.
• Monitor patient feedback and initiate corrective actions for service improvement.
• Supervise front office and counselling teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and follow-ups.

3. Business & Financial Management

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency targets.
• Monitor billing, receivables, and expense management.
• Support marketing and business development activities in coordination with the central team.
• Analyse key performance metrics and prepare periodic operational and financial reports.

4. People Management

• Supervise and mentor centre staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Foster a positive and patient-centric work culture.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate medical records, patient data confidentiality, and reporting protocols.
• Coordinate audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration / Business Management / Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in IVF / fertility / specialty clinics.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and achieving business targets.
