Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Executive

. Welcome parents, visitors and children with warmth and professionalism.

• Handle enquiries through phone, walk-ins and messages.
• Maintain attendance records, admission files and daily documentation.
• Coordinate with teachers and support staff for daily schedules.
• Manage fee collection, receipts and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist in organizing school events, celebrations and PTMs.
• Ensure the front office area is neat, presentable and child-friendly.

Centre Head

• Oversee the complete functioning of the centre.
• Lead, motivate and manage the teaching and support staff.
• Handle parent communication, feedback and counselling for admissions.
• Drive admission targets and ensure centre growth.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Plan, coordinate and execute academic and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain financial records, budgets and operational reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education preferred for Centre Head).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working around children and parents.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM is a plus).
• Prior experience in preschool/education sector is an advantage.
