Pre School Teacher

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator who thrives in a nurturing, play-based learning environment. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds, foster curiosity, and create a safe and joyful space for children to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development

• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children, ensuring transparency and trust

• Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity

• Monitor child progress and provide individualized support where needed

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and parent interactions

• Collaborate with fellow educators to organize events, celebrations, and learning initiatives

• Ensure child safety and well-being at all times, adhering to school policies and protocols

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children

• Familiarity with child-centered teaching methodologies and classroom management
