Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Noida. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth management of the center, and maintaining high standards of academic and administrative quality. Responsibilities include leading a team of educators, handling admissions, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, organizing parent-teacher meetings, and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. The candidate will also focus on promoting the center to attract enrollments and building strong relationships with parents and the community.

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively manage and motivate staff
• Experience in educational administration and familiarity with preschool curriculum standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with parents and community members
• Organizational and operational skills to ensure the center’s smooth functioning
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively
• Knowledge of child development and passion for early childhood education
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in preschool management or leadership positions is an advantage
