Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager at Dr. Haror Wellness in Greater Kailash is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care, optimizing staff performance, and maintaining a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly environment. The manager will work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure the clinic runs efficiently while meeting the business objectives and goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Operational Management:
o
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, front desk management, and administrative functions.
o
Ensure the clinic runs smoothly, with an efficient workflow for both patients and staff.
o
Monitor clinic inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of medical supplies, equipment, and office materials.
o
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment adhering to health and safety standards.
2.
Patient Care and Customer Service:
o
Ensure that patients receive excellent care from the moment they enter the clinic until they leave.
o
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
o
Monitor patient satisfaction levels and work to improve the overall patient experience.
3.
Staff Supervision and Leadership:
o
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
o
Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
o
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
o
Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff.
4.
Financial Management:
o
Monitor clinic expenses and budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
o
Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o
Assist in the development of cost-effective strategies without compromising patient care quality.
5.
Compliance and Reporting:
o
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
o
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with clinic policies and legal requirements.
o
Prepare reports for senior management on clinic performance, patient statistics, and staff productivity.
6.
Technology and Systems Management:
o
Oversee the clinic’s electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring it is up to date and used effectively.
o
Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new technologies as needed.
7.
Business Development:
o
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that increase patient volume and clinic visibility.
o
Foster relationships with external partners, healthcare providers, and vendors to enhance the clinic’s service offerings.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
•
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a clinic or wellness center.
•
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulations.
•
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
•
Proficiency in using clinic management software and EMR systems.
•
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
