Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Management Lead, supervise, and motivate teaching and support staff. Develop and implement educational programs aligned with early years frameworks Organize staff meetings, training, and professional development. Monitor classroom practices and provide feedback and guidance. 2. Curriculum & Child Development Ensure high-quality lesson planning, teaching, and assessments. Support inclusive practices and individualized learning approaches. Monitor the overall progress and well-being of children. 3. Operations & Administration Manage day-to-day preschool operations including schedules, admissions, supplies, and facilities. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and licensing standards. Maintain accurate records including attendance, assessments, and incident reports. 4. Parent & Community EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings. Organize events, parent orientations, and workshops. Act as a liaison between staff, management, and families. 5. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure adherence to educational guidelines and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed. Oversee inspections and audits, and maintain all required documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / Education Management. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks and best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compassionate, approachable, and child-centered leadership style. Desired Attributes: Passion for early childhood education. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability. Creative problem solver and team builder. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
