Job Description

1. Operations Management

Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily logistics operations First Mile, Last Mile, and Line Haul.
Monitor the movement of shipments (inbound & outbound), ensure minimal TAT (Turnaround Time), and meet SLA targets.
Coordinate with line haul and delivery teams for load handovers and dispatch planning.

2. People Management

Supervise a team comprising delivery associates, warehouse staff, and support personnel.
Drive productivity, shift management, attendance, and compliance for on-roll and off-roll employees.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.

3. Process & Compliance

Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
Oversee scanning, sorting, loading/unloading, and inventory management.
Implement lean operations and minimize operational losses or damages.

4. Customer & Vendor Coordination

Manage and resolve customer escalations related to delivery issues or delays.
Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., fleet providers, manpower suppliers).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective resolution mechanisms.

5. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on service center performance.
Track key KPIs such as Delivery TAT, RTO %, load productivity, exception shipments, etc.
Provide data-driven insights to improve hub efficiency.
