Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in GOA for a Center Head at IIHM. The Center Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring smooth administration and academic management. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high educational standards, driving student enrollment efforts, and maintaining relationships with industry partners. The role involves strategic planning, financial management, and implementing initiatives to enhance the institute's growth and reputation.


Qualifications

  • Management and Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management, operations, and strategic planning.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with staff, students, and industry partners.
  • Education and Training Expertise: Background in academic administration, training systems, and understanding of hospitality management education trends.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to address challenges, manage resources efficiently, and oversee multiple tasks effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality or educational sector along with experience in market analysis and business development is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in hospitality or education management are a plus.
  • Other: A commitment to driving excellence and fostering innovation within an educational environment.
