Enrollment & Admissions:

Job Summary:

The Preschool Centre Head is a vital leadership role responsible for the overall management and success of the preschool branch. This includes driving enrollment, building strong parent relationships, leading and developing a high-performing team, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth daily operations in alignment with FirstCry Intellitots standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lead generation strategies in coordination with marketing initiatives.
• Effectively manage parent inquiries, conduct school tours, and counsel prospective families.
• Drive admissions for preschool and daycare programs, meeting enrollment targets.

Parent Relations:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing parents through regular communication and feedback.
• Address parent concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and other events to foster engagement.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate preschool staff.
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

Administrative Management:

• Oversee all administrative functions of the preschool, including record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
• Manage center audits and implement necessary process improvements.

Operations & Logistics:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the preschool.
• Manage resources effectively and maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
• Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and address any operational challenges that arise.

Brand Advocacy:

• Represent the preschool and FirstCry brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Promote the preschool's programs and services within the community.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
