Job Description

As a CEC Verifier, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Experience Center, specifically within the Inbound-Retail Liabilities team. Your primary responsibility will be to verify insurance leads generated by our CEC officers, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service and compliance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar verification or customer service role, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and an understanding of the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, as per business needs.
  • Conduct thorough verification of insurance leads, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Review and analyze customer information, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the CEC officers to clarify and resolve any queries or concerns related to insurance leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of verification processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure timely and efficient verification, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to process improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, adapting verification processes accordingly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
