About The Role RoleProduct Manager Tech - Contact Centre Business Team Responsibilities: Provide support for various products within the contact centre business team. Address and resolve bug fixes promptly to maintain product reliability. Conduct user acceptance testing for projects to ensure quality and adherence to requirements. Develop and implement logical structures for reports to enhance operational efficiency. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Generate innovative ideas to address problems and improve existing processes. Maintain a customer-centric focus to ensure products meet user needs and expectations. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to find the solutions Exhibit attention to detail in all aspects of product management.
