Description

We are seeking an experienced CDP Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative cold dishes and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present cold dishes with creativity and attention to detail.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to design new cold menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cold kitchen techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a cold kitchen setting (2-10 years of experience required).
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Creativity in menu design and dish presentation.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
