Job Description

Monitoring and Surveillance

Continuously observe live video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras.
Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities, behaviors, or incidents.
Ensure all cameras are operational and images are clear at all times.

2. Incident Response

Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies.
Record and document incidents accurately (time, location, nature of event).
Notify security teams, supervisors, or emergency services when necessary.

3. Recording and Evidence Management

Maintain proper recording logs and ensure footage is securely stored.
Retrieve and export video footage when required for investigations.
Handle video evidence confidentially and in line with legal or company policies.

4. Equipment Maintenance

Check all cameras, monitors, and recording equipment regularly.
Report faults or malfunctions to technical or maintenance teams immediately.
Ensure backup systems (power, storage, etc.) are functioning correctly.

5. Communication and Coordination

Maintain clear communication with on-ground security personnel and supervisors.
Provide real-time information to support security operations.
Liaise with law enforcement or management when required.

6. Reporting and Documentation

Prepare daily activity and incident reports.
Keep accurate records of system performance, incidents, and maintenance logs.
Follow company protocols and confidentiality guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
