Job Description We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure SOP compliance, and support process improvement across departments. This role is crucial for maintaining workflow efficiency and aligning teams toward operational goals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes across departments and ensure processes are followed. Address issues with procedures, tools, or people Escalate process issues to the process owner and program manager Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvements to management Maintain documentation, process, and status reports Ensure teams follow SOPs, timelines, and quality standards Act as a liaison between store teams and management Track process metrics (TAT, errors, delays) and share reports regularly Schedule team reviews, audits, and cross-functional follow-ups Support process automation and system-based improvements. We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Cashiers / POS Executives to manage billing, handle transactions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers at our store. Key Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to bill customers Scan items, apply discounts, and process payments (cash, UPI, cards) Provide accurate change and generate GST-compliant invoices Assist customers with billing-related queries Ensure cash counter is organized and stocked with billing materials Maintain daily cash register reports and handover at shift end Report billing discrepancies or system issues to the store manager Support basic customer service and loyalty card processes Requirements 10th/12th Pass or Graduate 1–5 years of experience as a cashier/biller in retail or hospitality Basic computer skills and experience with billing software (POS, ERP) Good communication and numerical accuracy Willing to work weekends Skills Billing & POS Handling Accuracy in cash/card/UPI transactions Customer Service
