Cashier (कैशियर) – Raj Mandir Hypermarket Title: Cashier Location: Raj Mandir Hypermarket (Multiple Stores) Reports To: Store Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: A Cashier at Raj Mandir Hypermarket is responsible for managing all customer transactions at the checkout counter, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient billing operations. The cashier serves as the face of the store by delivering excellent customer service, handling payments (cash, cards, digital), and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Job Responsibilities: Provide courteous and efficient customer service at the checkout. Accurately scan products and process bills through the POS system. Handle all payment modes including cash, card, and digital payments. Issue receipts, refunds, and change with accuracy. Maintain and balance the cash drawer as per company guidelines. Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist customers with basic inquiries regarding products and pricing. Follow all cash-handling, security, and operational procedures. Qualifications / Skills Required: Minimum education: High School or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in a retail cashier role is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in operating POS systems/cash registers. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Honesty, integrity, and reliability.
