The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver Hindi lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and academic standards. Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that promote students’ linguistic and literary skills. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and participation. Evaluate and record student progress, provide feedback, and support individual learning needs. Organize and participate in co-curricular and cultural activities related to Hindi language and literature. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure adherence to school policies and code of conduct. Collaborate with colleagues, academic coordinators, and parents for the overall development of students. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events as required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification: B.A. in Hindi wit B.Ed. with Specialization in Hindi Preferred Qualification: M.A. in Hindi or B.Ed. with specialization in Hindi Experience: 10+ years of teaching experience at middle school level preferred Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi with good command over English communication. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
