PRE (Parent Relationship Executive) & Tele Counsellor

Experience Required

4–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in CBSE/ICSE/International schools or educational institutions)

Job Purpose

The PRE / Tele Counsellor will be responsible for managing parent enquiries, counselling prospective parents regarding school admissions, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Counselling

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions.
• Counsel prospective parents on curriculum, fee structure, school policies, and facilities.
• Explain admission procedures clearly and guide parents through documentation requirements.
• Schedule school visits, campus tours, and interaction sessions.
• Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.

Parent Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for parent queries (walk-ins, calls, emails, website leads).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through courteous and professional communication.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to the Admissions Head when required.
• Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the admission cycle.

Tele Counselling & Lead Management

• Manage enquiry data from CRM, portals, and internal records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Achieve admission targets through structured follow-up and counselling.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for timely information sharing.

Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
• Support admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign leads and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and data confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu/Hindi preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Ability to handle parents professionally and empathetically.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
