Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills using digital tools

Key Responsibilities:

1. Category Merchandising Execution

   – Support merchandise plans, seasonal range planning, assortment optimization, and visual merchandising alignment.

2. Buyer Assistance

   – Operational support for Buyers and Category Managers, including product setup, vendor onboarding, and maintaining assortment plans.

3. Inventory & Assortment Management

   – Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and suggest reorders or markdowns.

4. Analytics & Reporting

   – Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

   – Work with planning, marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
