The consultant will play a pivotal role in doubling or even tripling digital channel sales, driving breakthrough strategies across marketplaces and D2C channels. This is a high-impact role working closely with CXOs, brand, and digital teams, shaping the future of online growth in consumer appliances.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute robust e-commerce growth strategies to deliver 2x–3x revenue acceleration
• Optimize digital merchandising, product listings, and conversion funnels across marketplaces and D2C channels
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, pricing, promotions, and media investments to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, operations, and external partners to align e-commerce priorities
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and personalization technologies to enhance customer experience and efficiency
• Track and analyze channel performance, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in e-commerce or category management with consumer appliance/tech brands
• Proven track record of driving aggressive online revenue growth in consumer goods or appliances
• Expertise in marketplace management, digital merchandising, performance marketing, and analytics
• Experience in building and scaling both D2C and marketplace strategies
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
