About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end category management, driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role requires strong expertise in BPC category handling, strategic decision-making, and a proven track record in scaling business in the e-commerce/FMCG domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the BPC category and deliver on revenue and margin targets.
• Drive category growth strategy including brand partnerships, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and new launches.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and execution for BPC products across platforms.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key brands, vendors, and stakeholders to expand category depth and breadth.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to shape category strategy.
• Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and demand planning to ensure healthy stock levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
• Mentor and lead the category team to deliver high performance and ownership.

Requirements

• 6-11 years of proven experience in category management, business development, or related roles within the Beauty & Personal Care / FMCG / E-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of BPC consumer behavior, product trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to scale and grow categories with successful revenue and margin outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
