Job Description

As a Category Manager at the company in Gurugram, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of the Men's/Ladies category. Your main duties will include: - Planning, buying, pricing, and merchandising products within the category. - Conducting detailed sales, margin, and consumer behavior analysis to make informed assortment and pricing decisions. - Identifying emerging trends and consumer needs to drive expansion and innovation within the category. - Developing vendor base and sourcing strategies in line with our value retail positioning. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as PD, design, supply chain, marketing, and retail operations. - Monitoring category performance KPIs and implementing actions for growth and profitability. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following eligibility criteria: - Minimum 3-4 years of leadership experience in a similar role. - Prior experience in a value retail format is a must. - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills. - Educational background in B.Tech (Textiles/Apparel) or NIFT is preferred.
