As a Category Head for Menswear, Ladieswear, and Kidswear at our company in Gurugram, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end category management process. Your responsibilities will include assortment planning, buying, pricing, and merchandising to drive the success of these categories. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales, margins, and consumer behavior to develop effective category strategies and enhance performance. - Stay updated on emerging trends, market opportunities, and consumer needs to drive growth and innovation within the categories. - Build and maintain a strong vendor network and sourcing strategy that aligns with our value retail positioning. - Collaborate with various teams such as PD, design, supply chain, marketing, and retail operations to ensure smooth execution of category plans. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the categories and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Qualification Required: - Proven track record in category management within a value retail format. - Possess strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills. - Educational background in B.Tech (Textiles/Apparel) or NIFT is preferred.
