SUMMARY

Hiring for Category Fulfilment Executive - Bangalore

About the Role:

Join Gig4U’s Internal Team as a Category Fulfilment Executive and be the link between freelancers, part-timers, and top client projects. You’ll coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth fulfilment across categories like Retail, Field, Events, Delivery, and Promotions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deploy freelancers and part-time professionals effectively
Monitor and manage fulfilment progress across multiple work categories daily.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, updating project statuses consistently
Serve as a point of contact for on-ground teams, addressing challenges promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply)
0 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms; highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Strong communication skills in both English and local language(s)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
