Key Responsibilities:

• Category Leadership & P&L Ownership:

  Lead and manage the end-to-end category P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth across marketplaces and D2C channels.

• Strategic Planning:

  Define and implement annual business plans, pricing frameworks, assortment strategies, and promotional calendars aligned with brand and revenue objectives.

• Growth & Performance Optimization:

  Drive visibility, conversions, and market share through data-led decisions, performance marketing insights, and demand forecasting.

• Brand & Content Excellence:

  Oversee product listings, catalog health, A+ content, and brand store optimization to ensure a consistent and premium digital presence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with supply chain, marketing, creative, and marketplace account management teams to deliver seamless brand and customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in managing

  beauty, personal care, jewellery, home decor or kitchenware

  categories, with a strong background in

  e-commerce and D2C business strategy.

• Proven track record of

  driving P&L, scaling private-label brands

  , and executing growth strategies across

  Amazon, Flipkart, and own-brand channels.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent understanding of digital merchandising, platform algorithms, and marketplace operations.
