Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own search conversion (search to cart) for your set of 3-4 categories and (a) check performance across search terms every day, (b) report improvements twice a week
Analyse and report trends on impressions and conversion changes on a weekly basis along with RCA for improvement or deterioration of each metric
Ensure all the right assortment features in all the right in-app onsite assets, both permanent and temporary
Own merchandising inputs for in-app campaigns
Ensure hygiene of other aspects such as upload errors through proactive checks after uploads are done

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in a Category/ Content-Management role is desirable.
Experience is data keeping and management using excel
Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Not waiting for instructions, but showing end to end ownership with founder mindset
Proactive at sharing daily reports on all work streams
Note- Must have some sell-side experience on a B2C platform
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL / ADVANCED EXCEL
