Job Description

As a Category Manager at Sova Health, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the supplements category. Your responsibilities will include: - **Category Strategy Development:** You will be tasked with building and executing a category roadmap for supplements that aligns with brand goals and growth ambitions. - **Product Lifecycle Management:** Leading the journey from ideation to shelf, from product creation and launch to performance optimization. - **Market Analysis:** Decoding consumer trends, insights, and competitive dynamics to spark innovation. - **Pricing & Promotions:** Crafting pricing and promotional strategies that drive growth while staying consumer-first. - **Assortment Planning:** Curating a powerful, consumer-loved product portfolio that strengthens brand equity. - **Sales & Growth:** Partnering with marketing and sales teams to fuel category growth and drive revenue targets. - **Supplier & Vendor Management:** Building trusted relationships, negotiating effectively, and ensuring operational excellence. - **Performance Tracking:** Owning key KPIs - sales, profitability, and market share - to drive data-backed decisions. - **Customer Experience:** Shaping experiences that make customers not just buy, but believe in Sova.
