Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Catalog Specialist to handle listings across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, and Snapdeal. The role includes preparing bulk uploads, managing product data, ensuring timely go-live, and maintaining listing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•      Create and manage listings across major e-commerce platforms.

•      Prepare and upload bulk product data using Excel templates.

•      Coordinate with teams for product info, pricing, and images.

•      Ensure listings go live and resolve errors quickly.

•      Audit live listings for accuracy and visibility.

•      Update stock/pricing as per sales trends.

•      Maintain listing trackers and platform performance.

•      Liaise with marketplace reps for issue resolution.

•      Monitor competitors for optimization insights.

•      Ensure listing compliance and brand consistency.

Requirements

•      2–3 years of catalog/listing experience on Indian marketplaces.

•      Proficient in Excel and bulk listing formats.

•      Knowledge of listing portals and dashboards.

•      Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.

•      Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

•      Familiar with go-lives, catalog health, and basic image guidelines.

•      Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

•      Experience in fashion/lifestyle/FMCG categories.

•      Knowledge of automation/listing tools (a plus).

•      Bachelor’s degree in any field.
