Role Overview The E-commerce Visual Merchandiser will define how Sevora’s digital storefront—across website, app, and integrated channels—looks, feels, and flows. You’ll create visually compelling layouts, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Sevora’s luxury DNA while driving discovery, engagement, and conversions. This role demands a blend of creative flair, UX instincts, and data-driven optimization , leveraging AI-powered tools, personalization engines, and continuous experimentation. Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Strategy & Standards Develop visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards across all digital touchpoints. Use storytelling visuals and premium photography to inspire emotion and elevate perception. Ensure consistency across devices and channels (desktop, mobile, app, email, push, and social). Storefront Layout & Optimization Craft visually appealing store layouts, category pages, and intuitive product placements to boost UX. Apply merchandising strategies (focal points, balance, contrast) to guide user attention . Structure smart categorization (brand, size, color, occasion, price) to improve discoverability. Product Highlighting & Campaign Execution Implement tactics to feature new, trending, or sale products prominently using visual cues and banners. Translate campaign themes into immersive layouts (landing pages, carousels, lookbooks) aligned with brand storytelling. Product Page & Asset Management Curate high-quality imagery and videos that simulate tactile experience. Ensure PDPs are optimized for conversion-driving visuals, styling, and cross-selling modules . UX Optimization & Personalization Collaborate with UX/design teams on navigation structures, sticky headers, faceted filters, and mobile-first layouts . Use AI personalization tools to deliver context-aware product recommendations. A/B test and deploy AI-driven adaptive layouts based on user behavior and segment insights. Continuous Improvement Analyze engagement, bounce rates, conversion funnels, and product discovery rates to refine merchandising. Use AI tools for real-time testing, heatmap tracking, and predictive analytics to guide decisions. Collect customer feedback to continuously improve the visual journey . Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of digital visual merchandising, UX, and storytelling in fashion e-commerce . Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva AI, Firefly, MidJourney , and similar AI-powered tools. Familiarity with AI-driven personalization platforms (Dynamic Yield, Vue.ai, Algonomy). Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into visual/UX optimizations . High attention to detail and luxury aesthetic sensibility. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Design, E-commerce, or related field. 2–5 years’ experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or fashion retail . Portfolio/case study of visual merchandising or digital storefront projects required. KPIs & Success Metrics Increased conversion rate, CTR, and average order value . Reduction in bounce rate and uplift in time on site & product discovery rates . Consistent brand identity across all channels (web, app, email, social).
