Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and reliable Hotel Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions with accuracy, deliver exceptional customer service, and support smooth hotel operations. This role is key in shaping a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process payments using cash registers and credit card terminals.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with financial security standards.
Maintain accurate daily transaction records and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Prepare and submit daily financial reports to management.
Work collaboratively with front office, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Address guest inquiries courteously and professionally to enhance overall guest experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous cashier or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and POS systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)

Experience with Pet Pooja POS
Knowledge of Johnsys software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
