As we expand our operations, we're seeking a highly motivated Carrier Management Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

As a Carrier Management Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with transportation carriers, expanding our carrier network, and securing reliable and cost-effective capacity for our freight operations. You’ll serve as the key link between our logistics team and carrier partners, ensuring optimal service levels and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and on board new carrier partners across various transportation modes (OTR & Drayage).
• Manage and grow carrier relationships to ensure consistent availability and performance.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers while ensuring profitability and service quality.
• Monitor carrier performance, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, and Customer Service) to align capacity with demand.
• Analyse market trends and capacity data to support strategic sourcing decisions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and TMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation brokerage
• Strong understanding of US freight markets, carrier operations, and transportation regulations.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in TMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
