As we expand our operations, we're seeking a highly motivated Carrier Management Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Job Summary As a Carrier Management Sales Executive , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with transportation carriers, expanding our carrier network, and securing reliable and cost-effective capacity for our freight operations. You’ll serve as the key link between our logistics team and carrier partners, ensuring optimal service levels and mutually beneficial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and on board new carrier partners across various transportation modes (OTR & Drayage). Manage and grow carrier relationships to ensure consistent availability and performance. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers while ensuring profitability and service quality. Monitor carrier performance, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, and Customer Service) to align capacity with demand. Analyse market trends and capacity data to support strategic sourcing decisions Maintain accurate records in CRM and TMS systems. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation brokerage Strong understanding of US freight markets, carrier operations, and transportation regulations.
