Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Carrier Relation Manager (A2P / Voice). As a Carrier Relation Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with carriers, managing contract negotiations, and overseeing agreements. You will drive sales initiatives, manage and expand wholesale partnerships, and ensure smooth coordination to deliver exceptional telecom solutions to global clients. Ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in building and maintaining Carrier Relationships and managing Wholesale partnerships
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and agreement structuring
• Excellent knowledge and experience in SMS and A2P messaging solutions
• Demonstrated success in Sales and achieving business growth targets
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet client and business needs
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in the telecom industry preferred
