Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Key Account Manager specializing in Voice and A2P SMS. The Key Account Manager will manage key customer accounts, develop business plans, resolve client issues, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing account performance, analyzing trends to improve business outcomes, supporting client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure sustained success in delivering telecom services.

• Strong expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
• Proficiency in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess account performance, trends, and strategic initiatives
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Experience in the telecom or technology sector, particularly in the areas of Voice and A2P SMS, is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field
