Job Description

Role- Sr.Consultant Location -Bangalore Mode- Hybrid (3 days from office) The successful applicant will be integrated into the internal recruitment function, specifically within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Responsibilities will encompass the recruitment of personnel for diverse roles, including but not limited to-Information Technology and Non-Information Technology Recruiters, Finance Executives, Sales-Business Development Managers, and Account Managers. Proficienc y in candidate sourcing through established job boards, LinkedIn, and various social media platforms is essential. The position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities. Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders are paramount. Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
