Designatio-Account ManagerLocation: BangaloreReporting to: Vice PresidentEducation: An MBA or any equivalent qualification Job Description: You would be responsible for the Account management, Delivery and Growth of Bangalore Some of the key activities you will be doing are: Plan, manage and deliver on multiple customer mandates Independently drive business and operations initiatives to ensure revenue targets Build and nurture client accounts to maximize revenue potential. Accountable for business management strategy and growth of Bangalore geography. Be a single point of contact for customers addressing all the clients needs. Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery Help conceptualize, formulate, implement, and monitor recruiting strategies across the region as per organizational structure, existing capabilities, and business plans. Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities Manage a team of Consultants, Senior and Lead consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer delight Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team Responsible for strategic account management and delivery management P&L management, Stakeholder management (Internal and External) and Team management Experience: Should have 8-12 years of experience in recruitment industry. Should have strong Industry insights to be able to advice and counsel clients and candidates Experience on multiple engagement models including contingency hiring, turn-key recruitments , etc. Skills Required: Proven experience of managing recruitment for Product, GICs, E-commerce & start-up organisations Deep expertise in sourcing, ability to manage delivery efforts for a wide range of clientele, excellent in managing expectations across various stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Proven experience in building and managing high-performance and distributed teams (hiring, mentoring, goal orientation, training, performance review etc.) Excellent knowledge of the Recruitment industry, preferably in Ecommerce, SAAS, Fintech and Digital space. Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Highly energetic and motivated individual .
