Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Career Counselling & Student Management.

Responsibilities

• Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins & Maintaining Activity Reports
• Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & converting them into Admissions
• Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on a Monthly basis
• Student Batch Management & Fee Collection
• Faculty Batch Scheduling
• Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to the Director
• Organising Events/Seminars/Workshops for new inquiries as well as current students
• Inventory Management of Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc.

Qualifications

• Good convincing & sales skills
• Good communication skills
• Good personality
• Ambition to achieve targets
• Experience of 2+ years in the industry
• Bachelor's degree
