Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Baleshwar. The Career Counselor will be responsible for assessing students' skills and interests, providing personalized career guidance, and developing career plans to help clients achieve their professional goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating workshops and seminars, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of job market trends and educational opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions and employers to create job placement opportunities for clients. Qualifications Career Counseling, Student Counseling skills Experience in Career Development and Career Management Excellent Communication skills in english.
