Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 days, Mon to Sat Shift Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Employment Type: Full-time

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Care Manager to support the FOS (Field Operations/Sales) team. The Care Manager will be responsible for guiding the FOS team, resolving their queries, and ensuring smooth operational support.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support to the FOS team.
  
• Handle and resolve operational queries raised by field staff.
  
• Guide FOS members on processes, product information, and troubleshooting steps.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  
• Monitor daily escalations and provide quick and accurate solutions.
  
• Maintain records of queries and resolutions for reporting and process improvements.
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain high service standards.
  
• Assist in training new FOS members on processes and product updates.
