As a Care Manager at our company, your role involves interacting with customers and doctors through various channels like phone, email, and social media. You will be responsible for booking appointments, updating calendars, and taking minutes of meetings. Additionally, you will manage our company's social media accounts, implement social media strategies, and engage with followers by responding to queries and monitoring customer reviews. Data entry and arranging sample pickups from doctors using our Bluedart Fedex account will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Answer customers and doctors queries via phone/email/social media - Book appointments at doctors' offices - Update calendar and minutes of meetings - Administer company's social media accounts - Implement social media strategies - Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor reviews - Perform data entry - Arrange sample pick up from and to doctors using our Bluedart Fedex account online Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - Prior work experience in social media - Excellent computer proficiency In our company, rigorous training will be provided, and certification will be issued upon successful completion. It is essential that you take ownership of your work, demonstrate precision and diligence, and uphold our core values of honesty, transparency, and integrity.
