As a Captain, your role is to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet efficiently according to the established concept statement. You will be responsible for overseeing the Bartender, Waiter/Waitress, and Runner. Your main duties and responsibilities are outlined below: **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. - Handle customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolution. - Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, establishing good customer relationships. - Assist in maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise. - Achieve monthly and annual personal targets and the outlet's revenue. - Manage inventory and maintain restaurant operating equipment and assets. - Embrace new technology and equipment to improve productivity. - Implement minimum brand standards and company-set standards. - Respond to customer complaints and implement necessary changes. - Work closely with Outlet Managers to ensure overall restaurant success. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet. - Liaise with Kitchen and Beverage Department for daily operations and quality control. - Conduct monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies. - Supervise Food and Beverage employees, ensuring punctuality and appearance standards. - Develop employees" skills through training, coaching, and mentoring. - Encourage creativity and innovation among employees. - Ensure employee adherence to rules and regulations regarding safety and security. - Attend training sessions and meetings as required. - Maintain professional relationships with competitors, business partners, and organizations. - Adhere to all rules and regulations, including those related to safety and hygiene. - Carry out other duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role. - Full-time, Permanent job type. **Benefits:** - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
