The hotel also offers event spaces suitable for corporate and social gatherings of up to 300 guests. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Captain role at Hotel Radha Regent Bengaluru. The Captain will oversee daily restaurant or banquet operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, managing inventory, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations. The Captain will play a key role in training and mentoring the team, addressing guest feedback, and maintaining a welcoming and professional dining ambiance. Qualifications Experience in food service operations, including serving, table setup, and operational efficiency Strong leadership, staff supervision, and team training skills Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and address guest feedback professionally Knowledge of inventory control and hospitality industry best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage Prior experience as a Captain or similar supervisory role in hotels/restaurants
