Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain based in Rahta at Radisson Hotel Group. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with the kitchen staff. Tasks include taking orders, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Captain will also be responsible for training new staff, enforcing food safety regulations, and addressing any issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling reservations and coordinating with kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a benefit
