Join our team and be a part of a dynamic and welcoming environment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at Hotel Yogi Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Captain will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant or dining area, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The Captain will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, customer service, and supervising staff Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and coordinate with different departments Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in the hospitality industry Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus Show more Show less
